Unless otherwise specified, copyright for all content on the Linn ARES website is held by Linn County Amateur Radio Emergency Service[tm] as a branch of the Field Service organization of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL).

Nearly all of the material on this site was created by Linn County ARES leadership over several decades. Our guidelines, policies, best practices, etc., have been used in many public service events, and are continually reviewed and modified as necessary to make them as good as they can be. In keeping with the spirit of the Amateur Radio service, you are free to use any material under our copyright under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-ShareAlike license. What does this mean? You may use anything under our copyright on this site for non-commercial purposes, and you are free to improve or modify it to suit your situation. But you must credit the source of the material, you must state whether you have modified it, and you must license the result under the CC BY-NC-SA license with a link to the license itself, just as we’ve done below.
